Hip 115 – Orb Filly, A KEESEP17 OPTIMAL Mating Selection, Works :21 2/5 At First OBS Spring Sale Under Tack Session

Battling a stiff headwind and unseasonable temperatures, Hip No. 115, a daughter of Orb consigned by Hoby & Layna Kight, sped a quarter in :21 2/5 to post the second fastest work at the distance at the opening session of the Under Tack Show for the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s 2018 Spring Sale of Two Year Olds in Training.  The dark bay or brown filly is out of Blush Again, by Kitten’s Joy.  Blush Again is a full sister to graded stakes winner Derby Kitten.

The Orb filly was an OPTIMAL Mating Selection at the 2017 Keeneland September Yearling Sale.  Horses bred on OPTIMAL Matings have proven to possess more potential to become superior racehorses.  Combined with a good physical, good vetting and a price that falls within budget, OPTIMAL Matings help to focus on buying or breeding better racehorses.

Whether you are new to the game, experiencing more losses than wins or just looking for a new approach, we are confident that we can help you breed or buy a better racehorse.
